The Community Services Data Base (CSDB) is a web based software application, built for our hometown Livonia Police Department on the specifications of the Community Services Officer in charge at the time.  The software has been in use at the Livonia Police department now for over 9 years and throughout many changes in command,  and continues to fill a need with the city's tracking of Police Reserve and extra duty officer payroll tracking and billing.  

The primary goal of this software application is to track and log reserve and regular duty officer time specific to a billable location such as directing traffic for a church, providing officers for a festival or other special event, and distribute this time accuratley to the payroll and billing system.  This allows the officers to be properly paid for the extra duties assigned / Volunteered, and enables the police department to accurately invoice the entity that requested the extra police services.
